Refund policy

All sales are final. We don't offer refunds or returns on any order.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email Info@kainoclothing.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll replace it or make it right.

Changes and cancellations

To change a size or cancel, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed or cancelled.

EU and UK customers

If you live in the EU or UK, you can still cancel within 14 days of delivery, as required by law in those regions.
